Most of the executives I work with are driven, capable, and genuinely invested in their teams. What they do not always see is the distance between how they think they are showing up and how their people are actually experiencing them. That gap creates friction, erodes trust, and quietly pushes your best people toward the exit. Research shows there is a 39.96% difference between how leaders rate their own level of emotional intelligence and how they are perceived by others. The ability to inspire performance is sitting on the table, and most executives have no idea how to release it.
Over the past 12 years I have worked with more than 2850 leaders across the APMEA region through EQhq. I combine Genos Emotional Intelligence feedback with Everything DiSC profiling so executives can see exactly where their blind spots are, understand how to lead people who think and work differently, and build the kind of trust that makes teams want to give their best.
